Do
you ship outside of the U.S.A.?

in fact We Ship Worldwide!
Do
you have a minimum order?
There is never a minimum order! You can order as little
or as much as you like.
How
long does it take to process my order?
Due to our overwhelming number of inquiries and Internet
orders, you can expect your order to be processed for shipping
in 2 to 3 working days. We will e-mail you about any back orders and or problems if any.
When
will I receive my order? All
ORDERS ARE GIVEN OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY! Your
estimated time of delivery can vary but in general would
be between 7 to 10 business days in the U.S.A. And up to
two to three weeks for international customers depending
on your exact location. (Please allow extra time for holidays)
Can
I pay for faster shipping? (We
do not offer next day delivery) However,If you live in the
U.S.A. and want to pay for expedited shipping, there is
a non refundable $5.00 rush
delivery charge. Your order will be placed on a level one
priority list in our plant and sent out via USPS Priority
mail. It should arrive at your door within 3 to 4 business
days from the time that it is sent out. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery day or
time of delivery. Rush orders must be placed by 10:am EST
Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends but
you can still place your order 24/7 from our web site (Just
click on the Rush shipping button found at the last of our check out. This will add the appropriate ($5.00)
postal fee required to RUSH! your order. Please indicate
"RUSH" in the comment box at check out just to make sure.
How
do you ship orders? We
ship USPS (United States Postal Service) first class and
USPS Priority mail only. Orders with the "Rush" or fast shipping
option listed above are sent out "Priority Mail" with delivery confirmation.
Can
I request UPS or another form of shipping?
Sorry
but we currently only use the U.S. postal service as it provides a safe
and cost effective form of shipping.
What
is your return policy?
All
returns must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving
your order. Items must have all original packaging and be
in sellable condition. A refund will be issued within 2
weeks minus shipping and handling.
Do
you accept credit cards?
We
handle all major credit and debit cards available from most
banks. We will use PayPal to process your order. PayPal
is the safest and most secure method of payment over the
Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential
information in transit from your computer to theirs using
the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption
key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately,
due to our high volume we are
unable to take order by phone or offer phone support at
this time.
